How To Care For Your Bathroom Suite
Taking care of bathroom suites is very important if you want to keep the area look fresh, pristine and high quality. Like any part of your house, it should receive the same level of treatment as say your living room or kitchen when it comes to keeping it clean.
The care you plan for your bathroom suite will depend on the type and style of the suite. For example, wood, china, stainless steel or plastic would all need different ways clean and maintain it properly. Nevertheless, there are things you should know regardless of what type of bathroom suite you have.
The first thing you should do is find out how which household cleaners are suited to the surfaces in your bathroom suite. You should be aware of the time you leave products on surfaces otherwise they can get damaged very easily. Generally no more than a few minutes a time is more than sufficient.
Cleaning products, particularly those used in bathrooms are substances that can damage your surfaces if you leave them for too long. Wood surfaces are espeically at risk for any wood surfaces you have.
Bathroom taps should be wiped with a clean cloth after cleaning them with an agent. This helps reveal their shiny look and their full potential, which helps to make your bathroom look even more special.
Shower enclosures should also be taken care of. The tray should be wiped down regularly to ensure that there is no build up of mess on the floor of it. Make sure that the household cleaner is removed completely with a clean cloth and water.
Many of the counters that are used in bathroom suites are made of delicate material such as glass, which can shatter fairly easily. You should try not to put other glass on this where possible, as it can scratch the surfaces and ruin the quality of the look.
Cleaners should not be added to the toilet tank as a standard rule, as this can end up blocking the flushing mechanism inside it.
We have a range of showers on our website, from those placed over the bath, to full, luxury shower enclosures that make you feel like you’re staying in a hotel.
